Call for Technical Papers

NOTE: There is still time to submit your technical brief. We have received many inquiries related to timelines while seeking formal approvals from requisite authorities. Please submit your request with a brief abstract of your topic and explanation about the approval timelines. This will allow the scientific community to categorize your proposed paper and prepare for its review once approved. We want to include as many as possible especially given some new participant interests. The full paper submittal has been extended to August 15. The SAMAP Conference invites professionals, researchers, and practitioners to submit technical papers for consideration as conference presentations. This is an opportunity to share innovative ideas, applied research, and real-world solutions with peers across the SAMAP community.

Initial Submission: Abstract or Brief Synopsis

If you are interested in presenting at the conference, please submit an abstract or brief synopsis (up to 1 page) ASAP for initial consideration.

  • Purpose: To outline the topic, relevance, and key objectives of your proposed presentation

  • Format: PDF or Microsoft Word

Selected authors will be contacted with next steps following review.

Full Paper Submission

Authors invited to move forward will be asked to submit a full technical paper for final consideration.

  • Full Paper Due: August 15

  • Format: PDF or Microsoft Word

This timeline allows adequate time for adjudication, presenter notification, and inclusion in official conference program materials.

Slide Presentations

Presenters selected for the conference will be required to submit a slide presentation in advance of the event.

  • Format: Microsoft PowerPoint

Additional presentation guidelines and deadlines will be provided to selected presenters.

Institutional Approval

All submitted materials are assumed to have been reviewed and approved by the affiliated institution(s) prior to submission.
